Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a flat fee of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Package Your Items
Place the items and the packing slip inside the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container and securely attach the return label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
